Internal Mortgage Banking Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Mortgage Banking Officer to facilitate needs-based selling of mortgage and consumer lending products.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales, service quality, and productivity goals through inbound and outbound communication
• Handle inquiries regarding mortgage and consumer loans, providing appropriate loan recommendations
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the loan application to closing process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in loan origination and/or sales and service environment
• Comprehensive understanding of all consumer lending products
• Superior customer service skills
• Able to multitask and manage high levels of stress effectively
