Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Inventory and Procurement to oversee pharmacy purchasing and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor staff workflow, providing training and performance evaluations
- Assist in creating and managing a purchasing plan to ensure cost-effective inventory procurement
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with quality and service standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with supervisory experience preferred
- Certified CPhT or ExCPT required
- Participation in compliance program objectives is expected
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
