Job Summary
A company is looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join their remote team in a challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients during M&A transactions, including negotiations and due diligence
- Develop financial projections and analyze historical financial statements
- Prepare marketing materials such as confidential information memorandums and pitch decks
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role in M&A, finance, accounting, or consulting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Finance, Business Accounting, or a similar discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
