Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Invoice Pay to oversee the Invoice Pay operation and manage the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Invoice Pay operation, including team hiring, development, and performance monitoring
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop key metrics for reporting to leadership and customers
- Participate in customer meetings and ensure effective communication of the Invoice Pay service value
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with a large payment company is a plus
- Treasury experience/payment reconciliation experience
- Experience in process improvement/business process reengineering and project management
