Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Need Sales Specialist to facilitate pre-need insurance sales in the funeral industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates company philosophy and builds strong business relationships with agents
• Meets sales production and agency recruiting goals while providing training and support to agents
• Verifies compliance with state requirements and attends industry conventions and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of industry experience
• Prior experience in life sales and/or the funeral industry preferred
• Life Insurance License preferred
• Basic knowledge of pre-need insurance and relevant regulations
