Job Summary
A company is looking for an iSeries Test Manager / Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a testing team, coordinating external resources as needed
- Oversee the writing of test specifications and test cases for features and releases
- Collaborate with production teams to develop sustainable development plans balancing quality, scope, and time
Required Qualifications and Education
- 10+ years of project management experience in a complex environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
- Certification through PMI or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience in iSeries testing
- Experience in managing iSeries test operations and migration projects
