IT Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Analyst to assist in analyzing and testing business processes while gaining experience in IT analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements documentation and assist in defining solutions
- Develop and execute basic test strategies to ensure quality product delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support operations
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in developing requirements and executing test cases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a combination of education and work experience
- Experience with various QA methodologies and user-interface design translation
- Experience in Perl/Python/JavaScript scripting and user-level automation
- Experience in healthcare/PBM product design and working with claims, billing, or EHR systems
