IT Director

Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise Technology function, the full-time salaried IT Director will drive innovation projects, enhance internal user experiences, and manage a team focused on technology solutions that support various business departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the global enterprise technology engineering team to improve infrastructure and collaboration tools for internal users
• Build strong partnerships with department leaders to deliver tailored technology solutions aligned with the business roadmap
• Lead technical programs including procurement, enterprise security, and service desk operations while promoting the adoption of AI tools across the organization

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in stakeholder relationship management or customer experience
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology, including cloud services from AWS and Azure
• Experience in business analysis or process development to support technology needs
• Familiarity with Mac hardware and a self-starter attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level
