IT Engineer Specialist
Job Summary
Managing IaaS and PaaS resources on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure remotely, the contract IT Engineer Specialist will configure and administer cloud services, provide technical support, and manage access and roles within Oracle environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage IaaS and PaaS resources, including VCN, Subnets, and cloud database services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Provide functional and technical support, including incident management and upgrade support
- Coordinate escalated support cases and lead technical resources to resolution
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of IaaS and PaaS service models, preferably Oracle Cloud
- Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database Services and cloud platform offerings
- Advanced experience with Windows Server 2016-2022 or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7-9
- BS degree or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise servers
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server or Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems
