Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager (Remote) to manage IT operations and support a remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a help desk to improve response times and productivity
  • Oversee the IT lifecycle for employees, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their technology needs and optimize workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or management
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical service/help desk role
  • Must be located in the United States and available to work core hours between Eastern and Pacific time zones
  • Expertise in managing tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with VPN/firewall management and other relevant technologies is a plus
