Job Summary

Managing and mentoring the Production Support team, the full-time salaried IT Operations Director will oversee the architecture of virtual server environments, implement automation processes, and maintain system performance monitoring in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Production Support team while overseeing project execution
• Implement and manage automation of business and system processes, ensuring system capacity and performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and effectively communicate changes to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a Microsoft environment
• Experience leading a team of IT personnel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 2008/2008 R2 servers and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application and platform-based software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
