IT Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Program Manager (Remote Eligible).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data analytic solutions addressing client challenges
- Oversee project management activities, including monitoring costs and timelines on multimillion-dollar contracts
- Implement and manage reporting systems and web applications to enhance program performance
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in public policy, public administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an IT Program/Project Manager with a focus on managing production systems
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile management methodologies
- Preferred certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
