Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring using agile principles
- Motivate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables in a collaborative environment
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions, manage multiple projects/scrum teams, and drive continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of Agile, Scrum, project management experience
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications preferred
