Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their back-office IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate resolution of tickets/service requests while meeting service level expectations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, networks, and peripherals
- Update and maintain operating systems and security patches
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3+ years of overall experience
- Introductory experience with Intune and JAMF or equivalent MDM
- Strong understanding of PC hardware and software, including Windows and macOS
- Client-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
