Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, support, and maintain end-user computer systems and IT infrastructure
- Assist with server, network, and cloud infrastructure management
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and provide off-hours IT support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, and IT systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Intune, Jamf, Okta, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Certifications in A+, Network+, Server+, Azure, or ITIL are a plus
- Ability to manage priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision
