Job Summary

A company is looking for a Frontline IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for users in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Provide support for Windows and MacOS systems and conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Document and log issues, escalate unresolved problems, and collaborate with internal teams for improvements

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hybrid Windows/Mac corporate environment
  • Previous experience in a Service Desk or customer support role
  • Proficiency in workstation support and remote support technologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and tech products
  • Ability to provide On-Call and after-hours services for critical incidents
