Job Summary
A company is looking for a Frontline IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for users in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues
- Provide support for Windows and MacOS systems and conduct remote troubleshooting
- Document and log issues, escalate unresolved problems, and collaborate with internal teams for improvements
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a hybrid Windows/Mac corporate environment
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or customer support role
- Proficiency in workstation support and remote support technologies
- Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and tech products
- Ability to provide On-Call and after-hours services for critical incidents
