Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITS Senior Analyst to support their IT department in a remote capacity in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide program support by optimizing service catalog offerings and implementing automation
- Process core system configurations and user requests while creating technical designs on the ServiceNow platform
- Complete additional projects and duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information services or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow admin or application owner
- 5 years of ITS technical application support experience
- 5 years of experience in computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting techniques
