ITSM Consultant V

Job Summary

Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time ITSM Consultant V will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvement initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and promoting adherence to procedures and policies
• Drives ITSM process implementation by guiding team members in documenting requirements and influencing ITSM strategy development
• Evaluates business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and services, making recommendations for improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum eight (8) years of IT experience, including at least four (4) years in a leadership role with ITSM processes or services
• Experience managing process or service teams
• Ability to interact with executive leadership
• Proven track record in implementing or supporting ITSM processes
