Job Summary

A company is looking for a Java Backend Lead Instructor - Spring Boot & AI (German Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic experience and deliver lectures on Java and backend fundamentals
• Guide students in REST API development, database design, and secure application practices
• Provide mentoring, administer assessments, and support students through their capstone projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Backend or Java Development
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English for internal communication
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development
• Experience with SQL databases and security best practices
• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a positive and proactive attitude
