Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support application development, the full-time Java Software Engineer will develop scalable and secure applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular 2+, and other technologies while collaborating with team members to achieve sprint goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java, Angular, React.js, and SQL, ensuring code is maintainable and secure
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests while resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Investigate and present alternative technologies for architectural review to support continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• Familiarity with common APIs and data structures
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree in computer science
