Job Summary
A company is looking for a JavaScript Tech Lead to manage and oversee JavaScript projects and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project tasks are executed on time according to estimations
- Conduct retrospectives and address identified issues
- Oversee project execution, team performance, and provide mentorship
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles and application architecture
- Experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, and various databases (SQL/NoSQL)
