Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to execute Customer Business Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Dashboard daily, deactivating integrations as needed
• Document project extracts, maintain customer relationships, and support implementation
• Train new analysts and create Jira stories for development support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Integration Analyst or IT Business Analyst
• Prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements and customer service roles
• Experience in eCommerce/eBusiness environments, such as EDI or B2B eCommerce
• Strong knowledge of various file types and communication methods (e.g., EDI, AS2, SFTP)
• Integration procedure and process documentation experience
