Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join their IT Infrastructure Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user operating systems and corporate software
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Foundational knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with Okta or similar identity management tools
- General networking knowledge, including DNS
