Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stars Business Intelligence Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze member growth and retention impacts on Star Ratings and develop insights for business strategies
- Prepare data-driven materials for leadership discussions and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with teams to enhance Stars performance and create executive-level dashboards showcasing key metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
- 3+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Stars programs, or healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of CMS Star Ratings and Medicare Advantage programs
- Advanced experience with big data sets and creating data visualizations
