Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Call Center Manager to oversee call center operations and training for a new project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the call center team to meet performance metrics
  • Evaluate training needs and ensure staff knowledge of multiple programs
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and performance goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of people management experience
  • Experience managing a large-scale call center (at least 500 full-time equivalents)
  • Experience in call center operations is required
  • Kentucky residency preferred
