Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Call Center Manager to oversee call center operations and training for a new project.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the call center team to meet performance metrics
- Evaluate training needs and ensure staff knowledge of multiple programs
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and performance goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of people management experience
- Experience managing a large-scale call center (at least 500 full-time equivalents)
- Experience in call center operations is required
- Kentucky residency preferred
