Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Medical Director of Clinical Excellence & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical guidelines
• Launch and oversee a national patient safety program to enhance organizational reliability
• Deliver professional training programs to improve clinical competencies and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in a relevant specialty
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing clinical guidelines and safety programs
• Strong understanding of population health management and team-based care
• Experience in a national or multi-site healthcare organization is preferred
