Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator - Data Entry - Registered Pharmacy Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the patient's advocate to ensure adherence to prescribed drug therapy and pharmacy care plans
- Make outbound calls to physician offices for prescription refills and clarification requests
- Document communication and follow-up regarding prescription clarifications and inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Three years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, pharmacy, or social service environment
- Broad training in business administration, accountancy, or similar fields, typically obtained through a four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
