Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align solutions with their business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
- Strong understanding of Key client needs and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
