Job Summary

A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align solutions with their business objectives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of Key client needs and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
