Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 150 to 200 high-value accounts, the full-time remote Key Account Manager will drive client satisfaction, maximize revenue retention and growth, and execute strategic initiatives throughout the post-contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve targets for account retention while identifying and executing growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer issues related to billing, contracts, and service adjustments
  • Utilize Salesforce for account intelligence and pipeline management, ensuring data integrity and sales process rigor
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a related commercial role
  • 3+ years of experience in the transportation/logistics or SaaS industry serving the transportation sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while achieving retention and growth targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
