Job Summary

Owning the development of strategic customer relationships, the full-time remote Key Account Manager will drive account expansion, deliver measurable customer outcomes, and build executive-level relationships with high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plans and growth strategies aligned with customer priorities
  • Generate expansion pipeline and own commercial strategy for assigned accounts, including contract negotiations
  • Build trust with operational, IT, and executive stakeholders while managing critical customer issues and driving executive business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology account management
  • Proven success in managing and growing large strategic accounts
  • Experience with subscription/recurring revenue models and complex stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain application software, including Fleet Management SaaS solutions
