KYC EDD QC Team Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a KYC EDD QC Team Lead to oversee quality control and assurance reviews in financial crimes compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee in-depth investigations on high-risk clients and analyze information for potential risks
- Manage workload to meet production targets for EDD and KYC assessments while maintaining quality
- Assist in developing and implementing EDD and KYC policies and procedures in line with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, enhanced due diligence, KYC, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in a coaching or leadership role for junior employees
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of AML, CFT, and KYC regulations
- Proficiency in advanced due diligence and KYC software and tools
