Job Summary
A company is looking for an L1 Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class product support in the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to customers, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues while maintaining clear communication with customers
- Document and track reported problems in case management systems and escalate issues to L2 Support when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an enterprise product support environment
- Basic understanding of email security fundamentals and troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting multiple SaaS security products
- Familiarity with Internet and networking technologies
- Advanced knowledge of case management systems and CRMs
