Job Summary

A company is looking for an L1 Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class product support in the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first line support to customers, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues while maintaining clear communication with customers
  • Document and track reported problems in case management systems and escalate issues to L2 Support when necessary

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an enterprise product support environment
  • Basic understanding of email security fundamentals and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience supporting multiple SaaS security products
  • Familiarity with Internet and networking technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of case management systems and CRMs
