Job Summary

A company is looking for a L2 Infra Support (Devops Infra).

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve critical production issues by leading major incident calls, engaging proper teams, and driving root cause analysis
Collaborate within and across teams to resolve application issues and advance as needed
Create, modify, and monitor dashboards to catch potential issues and aid in observability

Required Qualifications:

8+ years' experience in application support, Middleware support, and production support
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Middleware technologies, and DevOps tools
Experience with Azure cloud, Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics)
Infrastructure build engineering experience with middleware, OpenShift, Azure cloud
Experience with triaging application issues, network issues, and OS performance issues
