Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lab Infrastructure Manager to manage and maintain secure infrastructure environments for customer demonstrations and trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure for demo environments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate upcoming features into demo narratives
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to support presales teams effectively
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of IT networking, security, and domain problems
- Experience with identity management platforms like Okta or Ping
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages
