A company is looking for a Lao/Laotian-International Telephonic Remote Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting
• Answer inbound calls promptly and deliver superior customer service
• Adhere to professional conduct standards, maintain confidentiality, and follow interpretation protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Full fluency in English and Lao/Laotian
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience, with industry certifications preferred
• Proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training preferred
• Proficiency in technology and access to a quiet, secure interpreting space with a landline phone
