Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster to manage complex, high-value bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages on complex bodily injury cases with high policy limits
• Manage litigation handling and collaborate with defense counsel for optimal claim resolution
• Oversee a diverse inventory of claims, from first notice of loss to late-stage litigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of related experience
• Preferred AIC and/or CPCU designations
• Advanced knowledge of insurance policies, claim processes, and legal compliance standards
• Experience in negotiating and managing complex claims
