Job Summary

A gaming studio is seeking a Lead AI Animator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of animators in implementing high-quality AI-driven animations
• Develop and integrate animation systems for AI behaviors
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure animation quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Senior or Lead Animator in game development
• Deep understanding of AI animation techniques
• Proficiency in leading animation software and motion capture techniques
• Experience with Unreal Engine and shipped AAA titles preferred
• Demonstrated examples of relevant work in demo reel or portfolio
