Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, AR Recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain staff training and monitor daily production goals
• Perform QA audits and manage workflow enhancements
• Provide coaching, develop training programs, and create client reports

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of UB-04 Follow-Up and Contract/Reimbursement Analysis experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing experience
• Detailed understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up processes
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
