Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Booking Coordinator (HHG Military Move) to oversee and support the booking team for military household goods relocations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the booking team to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Manage day-to-day booking activities and resolve complex booking issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline booking processes and improve workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; preferred undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
  • Proficiency in booking and logistics management software
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports and communications
