Lead Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support business functions, the full-time Lead Business Solutions Analyst will conduct functional analysis, develop specifications, and manage configuration and testing processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and analysis
• Conduct prototypes, develop functional specifications, and manage data mapping and configuration
• Identify and resolve gaps in business processes while supporting security and user documentation efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Eight years of relevant technical or business work experience
• Deep knowledge of requirements management and process design methodologies
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience managing small to intermediate projects
