Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Charge Reconciliation Analyst to support timely and complete billing within the revenue cycle management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance metrics to ensure accurate billing for a regional portfolio
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve revenue-impacting issues
- Lead complex initiatives to address clinical or billing data gaps and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred
- Over 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
- Over 1 year of experience leading a team or driving results through non-direct reports
