Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Client Experience Associate to oversee team performance and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of team performance and monitor attendance
- Evaluate calls and address client handling concerns while providing superior customer service
- Conduct weekly meetings with team members to support their professional development
Required Qualifications and Training
- Availability to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm Pacific Time
- Completion of the Learning and Development Phase and Lead Client Experience Associate Internship
- Eligibility to apply after completing contracted hours as a Temp to hire Associate
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
