Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Customer Service Specialist to oversee a team of representatives providing services and care to patients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and measure team performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards
  • Train and hold staff accountable for achieving performance goals
  • Evaluate performance metrics and assist in continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • Two (2) years of customer service management experience required
  • Relevant experience in healthcare administration, billing, or medical terminology preferred
