Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

Driving complex data and analytics solutions, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will provide technical leadership and support for the Arkalytics platform, working remotely to resolve issues across SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and BI tools while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Data and Analytics Support Desk, providing technical guidance and day-to-day oversight to the team
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex SQL, ETL/ELT, and BI-related issues, ensuring high standards in technical resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring data defects and partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI platform environments
• Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
