Lead Data Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to create and maintain data pipelines and enhance data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, automate, and maintain data pipelines and complex datasets
- Identify and implement process improvements for data reliability and performance
- Collaborate with development squads and data scientists to deliver product features and resolve data-related issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Strong experience in SQL and Python
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
