Lead Data Scientist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist, People.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize data and insights to narrate the story of talent within the organization
- Oversee initiatives and programs across the People Team, including Recruiting and Talent Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze key People KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Psychology
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in People Data Science/People Analytics
- Strong experience with SQL, Tableau, and familiarity with programming languages like R or Python
- Proven ability to detect data anomalies and drive improvements with business leaders
- Demonstrated self-motivation and project management skills
