Lead Developer - Infrastructure as Code

Job Summary

Driving the technical direction of the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Service, the full-time Lead Developer - Infrastructure as Code will manage architecture and automation coding while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring contributors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, code structure, and technical direction of the IaC service
• Develop and manage automation code using tools like Ansible and Python
• Collaborate with the Service Owner and guide other contributors through technical mentoring and reviews

Required qualifications

• Strong background in infrastructure automation and platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies
• Proficiency in Windows-based environments
• Ability to take technical ownership and work collaboratively across teams
• Experience with security hardening and policy-driven infrastructure setups is a plus
