Job Summary
Supporting a large-scale ERP transformation, the remote contract Lead ERP Workstream Analyst will drive change management activities, engage stakeholders, and ensure business readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify and document business change impacts and track mitigation actions
- Lead data input and analysis related to change impacts and stakeholder attributes
- Support organizational change readiness assessments and execute deployment communication plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years supporting major change initiatives
- 3+ years of overall work experience with increasing scope and responsibility
- Knowledge of change management principles and tools
- Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft BI or Tableau
