Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Game Designer to guide a team in developing engaging gameplay experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to enhance game quality and player experience
- Craft and articulate a creative vision for gameplay mechanics and player engagement
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create cohesive gameplay experiences
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a professional game designer with a strong portfolio
- Experience in designing successful multiplayer games, preferably in the simulation genre
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine and implementation of design data or scripting
- Deep understanding of player psychology and community interaction
- Experience in using data to inform design decisions in live service games
