Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HRIS Technical Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and resolve operational challenges in the Workday system while establishing support processes
  • Design and optimize Workday functionality and integrations to improve system usability and efficiency
  • Lead the architecture of hire-to-retire systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS technical roles with expertise in Workday
  • Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Advanced Compensation and Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record in stabilizing and optimizing system operations in a global context
  • Strong technical skills in governance frameworks and integration development
