Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead HRIS Technical Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and resolve operational challenges in the Workday system while establishing support processes
- Design and optimize Workday functionality and integrations to improve system usability and efficiency
- Lead the architecture of hire-to-retire systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS technical roles with expertise in Workday
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Advanced Compensation and Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record in stabilizing and optimizing system operations in a global context
- Strong technical skills in governance frameworks and integration development
